Tip from Molly Schneider & Linda Roberts:

You may want to replace the "Flush Valve Flapper" with a bronze version on all your toliets to prevent a possible leak. The flapper is connected to the cold water supply line. It's an inexpensive part.

Tip from Linda Roberts & Marybeth Broderick:

You may want to check the rubber seals to your pipes on top of your roof for possible cracks. These seals are relatively inexpensive to replace, but if left unnoticed, can cause leaks.
